About Our Pastor
Dr. Jim Weldon, Jr. is the Organizing Pastor and Pastor of Fleming Island Presbyterian Church. He was born and raised in Jacksonville, graduated from Terry Parker High School and the University of North Florida. He received his Master's and Doctorate Degrees from Columbia Theological Seminary. He has served churches in Clearwater, FL and Marietta, GA.

Jim is passionate about building this church and is actively looking for men and women who can rise to this challenge.

Family
Jim has been married to Jennifer for since 1987. Jennifer, is a Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW) and has served as an Adjunct Professor at SJCC and a Faculty Adviser at Phoenix University.

They have three children: Hannah, Kaley, and Jacob. A beagle, Gracie, and two cats, Toby and Scooter, complete the Weldon family.

Personal
Jim likes to: hunt, fish, travel, ride 4wheelers, photograph wildlife, coach soccer, renovate homes, play the guitar, golf, and tennis. His true love, other than Jennifer and his children, is Jesus Christ.
